Westport

This summer we had kind of a bucket list if you will. Before summer was up we got to most of the places that we wanted. One of them was the REAL ocean. We had never taken the kids to the ocean, only bays and such. They loved it and it was HOT!!(Thank goodness Uncle Pat let us borrow some shade!)

The expression says it all!




Wave jumping was one of the fav events and we only had one little learning experience about caution in the ocean. I photoed it because Jerm was right up with her. It was Buggy by the way......(DUH)

We had a fab time at the beach and then went into town for a reprieve from the heat and some browsing. Audrey found a twin van, LUCKY!



We splurged on some (eat dessert first) ice cream for the girls and I won't even tell you how much it cost! WOW!! Thank goodness we are so darn smart and brought our little stove for a hotdog dinner....we might have starved if not!
